The customer can initiate a request for product return within 48 hours of receipt of the delivery. The customer can drop an email at sales@designsphere.co.in or can reach us at +91-9891-26-3030 then after the things will be taken forward. Product Return is only allowed in case where the delivered product does not matches with the product ordered. However the goods been checked before delivery from our warehouse.
The replacement procedure shall be initiated after customer placed the replacement request and replacement shall be made within 30 days from the date of request. Replacement of the product is done if there is any manufacturing defect in the product.
The return and replacement of the product is subjected to the following terms and conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Only unused, unfitted, unaltered, unsoiled products will be accepted.
- The original invoice should be made available.
- There should be no physical damage to the box or to the product.
- There will be no return without original packaging and accessories.
- Packaging should be untorn.
- Return request should be made within the specified time frame.
- The Cost of Shipping to & fro shall be borne by the customer.
- Refund shall be made after deducting the GST amount
(if the GST return has been filed by us; in that case customer can claim Input credit)
- Refund of money shall be done after the product reaches to our ware house and after due inspection of the product & packaging.
